Studual is an AI-powered educational platform that provides personalized learning experiences for children. The Service includes interactive lessons, progress tracking, and curriculum-aligned content designed to support various learning styles and needs.

The Service is designed to be accessible and supportive for neurodivergent learners, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyscalculia.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Children's Privacy and Safety

We are committed to protecting children's privacy and safety. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the US and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR regarding children's data.

For children under 13 (US) or 16 (UK), parental consent is required before creating an account. We collect only the minimum necessary information to provide the Service.

All interactions with children are logged and can be reviewed by parents through their dashboard.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in our pricing plans. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content and responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfect or complete.

We encourage parental oversight of all learning activities and recommend reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Studual from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
